Kids Campus Child Care Center Environment

Our Campus

Located on the south end of the Santa Fe Community College, Kids Campus Child Care Center's six classrooms surround two age-appropriate play areas. Each brightly colored classroom is equipped with play areas and books to help develop a child's social, emotional, intellectual and physical abilities.

Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch and mid-afternoon snacks are served in the children's classroom.

We believe each child is unique. We understand the importance of building relationships with each child and his or her family. We are sensitive and responsive to each child’s interests, needs and abilities. We encourage children to be active and curious as they put together their individual interpretations of the world. Special Needs

Children with special needs are welcome to participate in our program to the fullest extent possible. All staff receives training about inclusionary practices in the classroom and will seek advice about necessary accommodations and therapy requirements from parents.

To best serve children with special needs, Kids Campus staff and teachers may need to consult with outside agencies. Parents will be asked for permission before these consultations take place. Staff also will be available to participate in IFSP or IEP meetings, with parental consent.
